Colour can be a potent key to self understanding. The colours we choose reflect our beliefs and emotions, where we are in our understanding and acceptance of ourselves in the world.
This one-day introductory course, based on Tony Cooper's book, Colour: the Cosmic Code, starts with the chakras, their colours and the energetic resonances associated with each chakra.
Using this understanding, participants are shown how to understand and intuitively experience the unique energies of the first 22 bottles in the Aura Light colour range plus selected other bottles. Understanding colour becomes a diagnostic tool that sheds light on past, present and future.
Aura Light Colour Harmonics is a modern approach to colour therapy and aromatherapy using non-intrusive vibrational essences.
As part of the course, you will see the colour system at work through the interpretation of your choices and have the opportunity to experience a range of the Aura Light essences.
